Maybe too good!

1 oz chocolate baking square, unsweetened (8.02 - 4.37 = 3.65)

1/2 cup peanut butter (unsweetened - natural) (12 - 4 = 8)

2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp cream cheese (0.7)

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut (5 - 2 = 3) - optional

20 pecan halves, chopped (4 - 3 = 1) - optional

Sweetener Choices ... your preference and sweet to taste

3/4 to 1.5 tsp Zero Carb Syrup Concentrate (0)
... or ...
12 to 24 packets Splenda® (12-24)
... or ...
1/2 to 1 cup Splenda® (16-32)

  1. Melt together first four ingredients over very low heat. Remove from heat and add artificial sweetener and coconut or nuts, if desired.
  2. Drop as globs onto wax paper covered cookie sheet, and put in fridge. They will harden quite a bit, but not as much as a chocolate candy bar.
  3. Store in the freezer.
